Not what is advertised in picture/video

Shipping took two months but the customer service was good in letting me know when it would arrive. In the picture and video on Instagram it showed a with the leggings and they were 3M meaning they will have a rainbow reflection when light (flashlight or headlights) hit them. The ones I received just have a shiny silver strip. NOT 3M/reflective. Disappointing.
